 I’m Katie! I am a professional abundance-seeker, a shine-conductor, & a soul-glow getter.

I’m a multi-passionate slay-at-home mama to 4 kiddos whose soul-shine lights are wildly incandescent, & whom I call “The Hopson Groupies” (yes, I said groupies—it’s a mom-joke, because, like all kids w/their moms, they follow me everywhere & they’re obsessed with me 😂. The obsession goes both ways . . . most days).

I’m married to my very best friend, Morgan—he’s an absolute smoke-show, he sees me on a soul-level, he digs the spiritual life, & the aforementioned obsession extends to him, as well. I, like, REALLY love him. 

I help moms GET THE STUCK OUT & shift into Mindful Motherhood through soul-centric work that helps them to rediscover their purpose, freedom, & abundance! Cool, right?

My life’s motto is: Give the pain a purpose. I’m here to do exactly that, & I’ll show you how to do the same.

I have golden tools & systems—some I’ve learned along the way & some I’ve created—that I teach other women, so they can change their lives & maximize their soul-shine!

Other passions include, but aren’t limited to: making friends, writing, reading, nature, chill-giving quotes, personal-development work, music, dance parties (both solo & w/the groupies), history, ice cream, travel, starry skies, rain, boho fashion, & really cozy beds.
