What is the mindful motherhood program?
A 16-week immersive online coaching program for stay-at-home & work-from-home moms who are ready to create new habits, beliefs, and an abundant mindset, so they can live life fully, from a place of balance, presence, and genuine J•O•Y, even in the chaos!☀️
Who is the program for?
This program is for the mom/woman who is:

My love, I get it …
You have a beautiful home for your beautiful family. You don’t have to worry about paying next month’s bills, there’s food on the table, your kids have clothes on their backs and everything else they need. They enjoy extra-curricular activities, there’s an abundance of presents under the tree at Christmas, they’re entertained during holidays, they’re happy, and they're healthy.
And you desire your children to see you as your best self so that you can model for them what it looks like to be a mindful, balanced, grounded adult. You dream of living a life that is free, in-flow, and aligned.

Instead, you feel hopelessly stuck. You live each day with a heavy sense of dread. You’re overwhelmed, overworked, and under-rested. You wake up exhausted. It’s a vicious cycle, friend—I know, and I want to help.

About the Program: All You Need to Know About How the Magic Happens
Studies show that it takes at least 3 months to fully integrate new practices that create internal shifts and new external habits.
Mindful Motherhood is a 16-week program consisting of weekly 1-hour virtual meetings where we work together on your thoughts, beliefs, soul work, your relationship with Self, and mindfulness, so that you can have your very own spiritual shift—from a place of peace and calm—and catapult into a life you love to live, as the woman you so want to be.
I will guide you through the work and show you how, but the work itself will fall to you. Trust me: it’s infinitely better and more meaningful that way. I’ll be with you every step of the way, holding your hand, cheering you on, celebrating the highs AND the lows with you (because they both have so much to teach), and leading you through it all!
What’s Included:
* 16x 1:1 coaching sessions: These will go for about an hour, and we will start wherever you are, so that you don’t experience pressure, overwhelm, or burnout. Each week, we will get hyper-focused on what’s coming up for you and what you need to implement throughout each phase of your healing journey. During these calls, we will utilize a variety of different healing modalities, depending on what is arising in you. We may do breathwork, we may drop in to some somatic dance, we may talk through the naming and unpacking what is present, we may use somatic experiencing to work through a current lifestyle block, and so on and so forth. I am here to hold you in whatever comes up for you.
* A program tailored to YOU: we will look at where you are and where you wanna be, and create a grade-A plan to get you there, sister!
* What's APP support: direct access to me during assigned hours (any week day from 8 AM-6PM, CST) via the free app, Voxer.
* Exclusive resources, systems, & practices: journal prompts; meditations; guides; my own tools and techniques; a plan for rebuilding your relationship with yourself and rediscovering your identity, confidence, purpose, joy, abundance, and FREEDOM, from the inside out; and more.

What we’ll focus on/program outline
As this program is 1:1 it’s completely personalized to you. We will work together to create a list of key focus items for our time and sessions together. Below, follows an example of likely topics we’ll cover:
1. Foundations/create the vision:
* Discover your personal happiness, dreams, goals, and desires for life so that you have a vision for your life that inspires and excites you—one that keeps you hungry and ready to move forward!
2. Shift from stuck to balanced/transform your mindset/renew your energy/rediscover YOU/create a new operating template for your being:
* Identifying the mindsets, thoughts (subconscious and conscious), and belief systems that are keeping you stuck, and learn to create and establish new ones!
* Learning to fundamentally change your belief system through mindfulness and renewed-thought work.
* Transforming your belief system and mindset around your worth and your purpose, so that you can feel AWESOME (and I mean awesome) about prioritizing yourself just as much as you do everyone else!
* Processing mom-guilt and creating new thoughts to silence it in its tracks (BYE, FELICIA!)!
* Rediscovering your truest self, your purpose, your intuition, so that you can live truly free, do more of what lights your soul ALL THE WAY UP, and greet the abundance waiting on you!
* Trauma-informed coaching through your soul work (inner-child healing, shadow work, etc.).
* Breaking generational patterns from unidentified/unhealed traumas (I’m not just talking about big-T traumas, I mean traumas most of us have, but we’ll get there), so that you don’t pass on unwanted thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to those precious babies!
3. Becoming your best Self/mother/woman
* Spiritual practices to help you connect to yourself, feel grounded and balanced for the day ahead, and maintain your newfound spiritual vibrance moving forward!
* Daily implementation of breath work, meditation, journaling, and my personal step-by-step systems/routines, so that the days that feel extra hard are more manageable and you can avoid falling back into old behaviors/habits.
* Feel C*O*N*F*I*D*E*N*T and KNOW that you are bringing your best self to your family, children, and other loved ones every single day. Be the highest, fullest version of YOU, both for yourself and for those who mean the most to you, because you deserve that and so do they!

* Know yourself—like, truly know yourself—you’re connected to yourself and listen to yourself in a way you never had before. You’ve taken the time to learn yourself and fall in love with all that you are.
* Live in harmony with ALL parts of you—because you have welcomed and loved even the "darker" parts of you home into wholeness.
* Have experienced the magic, mama—the magic that is reclaiming your divine right to fully love and accept yourself, exactly as you are (because you’re pretty freaking great)!
* Know that ego is not the same thing as confidence, and know how to identify both —you continue to embody your feminine power and cultivate your inner shine every day!
